Katherine had been begging since we were at Pagosa Springs to go horseback riding. We would have taken her there except we already had a trip planned for her birthday when we got back. Funny thing was, Kristina had also planned a trip for her with Margi Evans. So, she got the double fun of going twice! She loved it so much, she's started taking regular lessons in English riding and horsemanship.
