Angels Among Us

This Christmas our ward had a theme of Angels Among Us, and everything focused on it from Sacrament talks to our Christmas RS Enrichment meeting. I decided to do more of the service this month than I usually do and we started a warm fuzzy jar like President Monson mentioned in his talk about the service we could do for others for his birthday. One day, I saw an older lady who could barely walk carrying a big box out of the post office so I carried it to her car for her. I spent several days helping a friend of mine who had had brain surgery including taking her to her doctor's appointment so her husband wouldn't have to miss more work. It is the busiest time of year to add more things to an already busy schedule, but I really felt good afterwards, especially when the lady I carried the box for said, "Merry Christmas, may God Bless you." Isn't that what Christmas is all about?
